    Then some basic warmup drills
    High kicks, butt kicks, hurdler stretch, leg swings, hamstring stretch

    Workout:

    4 rounds
    300m fast pace
    300m easy pace
    600m fast pace
    Rest 2mins

    Each set is a continuous 1200m

    (Total 4800m distance)
