    Strength:

    Front squats
    Every 90 secs for 5 rounds
    3 reps (increasing weight over sets)

    WOD:

    Every 90secs for 7 rounds
    7 thrusters 95/65
    7 pull-ups
    7 burpees otb (lateral)

    * Rest is the remaining time of the 90secs

    * Thruster weight should be something you can go unbroken on
    If not able to do pull-ups then ring rows is a great Mod, make these ring rows difficult though
