CrossFit Classes (CrossFit)
The coach guides the class through a warm-up, strength or skill building, the WOD, and stretching or mobility. Our CrossFit classes are open to all people with a CrossFit West10 membership or who are members at a different CrossFit box and buy a drop-in or visitor pass. 12 person maximum, so we strongly encourage you to RSVP to guarantee your spot.
CrossFit 101 (CF101)
CrossFit 101 is a series of 5 semi-private classes that teach you how to safely perform the basic movements used in CrossFit. Our CrossFit 101 is a pre-requisite to getting a CrossFit West10 membership if you are new to the sport of CrossFit. 4 person maximum, so that you are guaranteed lots of coach attention.
Olympic Lifting Class (Oly Class)
The Olympic Lifting Class focuses on fine-tuning your technique and skill in performing Olympic lifts. This is a specialty class, which is offered at an additional cost to CrossFit West10 members. Contact Nancy to sign up for the next class series.
This is your time to come to the box and work on a WOD you missed during the week, some additional strength training, or work on technique or skill of a movement you’re struggling with. This class is open to CrossFit West10 members or people who are members at a different CrossFit box and buy a drop-in or visitor pass. There is a limited capacity for each class, so you can sign up ahead online to reserve a spot. For 2 days / week memberships, Open Gym counts as one of your days.
Bring a Friend
This is a CrossFit class that has been programmed to provide a taste of CrossFit without requiring the knowledge of Olympic lifts or other specialized movements. This class is open to people with a CF West10 membership and their friends (1 friend per member as the class is programmed based on partners). 20 person maximum / 10 CrossFit West10 member maximum, so we strongly encourage you to RSVP to guarantee your spot. Bring a Friend workouts are Saturday at 10am and 11am on the first Saturday of the month instead of the regularly scheduled CrossFit workout, unless otherwise indicated.
