When did you first start Crossfit?:
I started going to Fitness Town Sunday Throw Downs in March 2012. I was working out regularly on my own & with a trainer, but Crossfit only once in a while.
When did you first start training at Crossfit West10?
I had the privilege of becoming Coach Bryce’s Chiropractor in December 2012. I found out from Bomber that Crossfit West 10 was opening soon and the timing was right. I had been thinking of joining a Crossfit box for a while. I had my 1st intro session with Bomber February 2, 2013 and I was hooked! I signed up for Crossfit 101 sessions right away and the rest as they say is history.
Fight Gone Bad-kicks my ass, but in a great way!
Least Favorite WOD:
I can’t say I have a least favorite WOD…….yet. I’m addicted so I love them in all in a twisted way.
Tell us about your sports and fitness background:
I grew up with a total sports background. My parents had us in every sport possible. I started skiing at age 4 eventually leading to ski racing as an early teen. I started tennis at age 6. I played competitive tennis throughout high school. I was ranked as a junior tennis player in B.C. Playing sports and living a very active lifestyle helped lead me to become a chiropractor and live the wellness lifestyle that I do today!
